Some rules to follow:
1. Use real names. No nicknames.
2. No spamming.
3. No vulgar words.
4. No racist remarks or insults at each other.
5. Only talk about important things.
(Eg. Unable to turn up for trainngs, questions about NPCC trainings etc.)
