All those with missing uniform parts, please report to your class reps. Class reps report to your Chairman and Vice-Chairman and then compile a list and pass to me asap.

Commendation for Sergeant Muhd Zulhilmi Bin Ahmad Kaharuddin of Class 3A

Sergeant Zulhilmi represented the Unit, Victoria School and NPCC Headquarters in the NPCC Marching Contingent of the National Day Parade 2009.

I will like to commend Sergeant Zulhilmi on his full attendance at all drill sessions and parade rehearsals. He did Victoria School proud with his outstanding performance at the parade. He was captured on TV. (For those who did not notice him, do keep a lookout for him on TV in the parade replay programmes)

It was tough training but he is resilient enough to handle. Commendable! Nil Sine Labore!
